Every listing on Jewelry Gem Show comes directly from individual sellers, so details such as condition, descriptions, photos, and shipping options can vary. Buyers and bidders are encouraged to review each listing carefully, compare information, and ask questions before placing a bid or making a purchase to ensure a confident, informed, and seamless transaction.

3. Review Images & Descriptions

Take the time to carefully review all photos and read the full description of each listing. If anything is unclear, reach out to the seller before placing a bid, making a purchase, or submitting an offer. Key questions to consider include:

• Optional: Make an Offer – Buyers may submit offers independently of the current bid price.

Auction Listings

• Selling Format – Buyers place bids on auction listings, and the highest bidder at the close of the auction wins.

• Auction Duration – 7-day auction timeframe.

• Optional: Make an Offer – Buyers may submit offers independently of the current bid price.

• Optional: Buy Now – Buyers can skip bidding and purchase immediately at the listed Buy Now price.

The winning buyer or bidder will incur a small Buyers Premium (see tiers link below).

Buyers Premium Refund Policy – The Buyers Premium is fully refundable if the seller does not fulfill the sale — for example, if the item is not shipped, lost in transit, or not delivered as described, and the issue cannot be resolved by our Marketplace support team. 7. Finalizing the Sale

Once the Buyers Premium is paid, you’ll be connected directly with the seller. Both buyers and sellers receive each other’s contact information to arrange final payment, shipping, or local pickup.

The full winning bid or sale price is paid directly to the seller using the payment method(s) they specify. Buyers and winning bidders are expected to complete payment within 24 hours of the auction closing or purchase.
